Job summary

Alois Solutions in Hyderabad is hiring for a voice process role with US shift. The position requires handling multiple client calls daily, deep accounting knowledge, and strong communication.

Work is 100% office-based with meals and cab facilities provided, ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in F&A, proficiency in GL/J Es and reconciliations, and a track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field
• 3–6 years of F&A experience in audit, tax, accounting outsourcing or similar roles

• Handle voice-based interactions with clients in US shift
• Engage in client calls and provide ongoing support
• Process accounting tasks including GL/JEs and reconciliations
• Maintain SLA-driven workflow with multiple tasks

Job description

1. Hiring location: Hyderabad
2. Voice process- 100% (US Shift)
3. Shift timing starts anytime between 6:30pm to 8:30 am.

4. 5 days work from office.

5. Meals are provided
6. Both side cab facility

Skills required:

Candidate should be well versed with accounting i.e., General Ledger, Journal Entry, Bank reconciliations, AP, AR workflows, etc

Candidate must have voice process experience or managing at least 5- 6 client calls per day.

Must have client interaction experience.
Excellent communication skills are must.

Not to have:

Collections, ALM, KYC,

Handling claims, denials/ rejections

Handling Insurance plans/ payments

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or related field.


• 3–6 years of F&A experience (audit, tax, accounting outsourcing, or equivalent finance roles)


• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, business financial operations, and financial software workflows used by mid-market businesses — including general ledger structure, A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and reporting fundamentals.


• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously within a structured SLA-driven environment.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and guide customers through structured resolution steps.


• 1 to 2+ years of selling experience (including call center sales, outside sales, or SaaS platform solutions)


• Experience in high volume or transactional sales environment


• Proven experience in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution or Sandler.


• 2+ years client-facing experience (customer service, account management, audit / accounting client servicing, or equivalent)
