Job summary

KMK Ventures in Noida/Ahmedabad is seeking an entry-level to mid-level accounting support professional for a US shift voice process. You will provide Tier 1 accounting and QuickBooks Online support to CPA firms, handling calls, guiding QBO usage, and resolving bookkeeping issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (US, Canada, Australia, India, Gulf, or any other country).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in a Voice Process, Customer Support, or Technical Support environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 accounting and product support to CPA firms using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through a Voice process.
• Handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment, spending approximately 7-7.5 hours assisting customers with accounting and QBO-related issues.
• Resolve customer queries related to bookkeeping, accounting workflows, and QuickBooks Online product functionality.
• Troubleshoot accounting and product-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
• Guide customers on QBO features, navigation, and best practices to improve their overall experience.
• Analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, empathetic, and effective communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately and raise complex accounting or technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards while ensuring timely issue resolution.
