Role Overview

Drive network automation, FTTH migration, and performance optimization to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate network planning and feasibility tools
• Develop dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
• Eliminate manual processes to improve efficiency

2. FTTH Migration

• Plan and execute FTTH migration (PRI, TP, IWAN)
• Ensure feasibility and seamless transition with minimal downtime

3. Network Optimization

• Lead microwave-to-fiber migration and sector optimization
• Conduct network validation, audits, and performance analysis
• Recommend data-driven improvements

4. Business Support

• Improve utilization of low-usage sectors and FTTH assets
• Validate IWAN orders for technical feasibility
• Support capacity planning and demand forecasting

Skills Required

• Telecom network knowledge (Fiber, FTTH, Wireless, ISP, IWAN)
• Experience with KPI monitoring and dashboard tools
• Automation skills (Python/SQL preferred)
