Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

As a Network Optimization & Automation Specialist supporting telecom and ISP operations in Gurgaon, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network automation, FTTH migrations, and performance optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing Python and SQL automation solutions for wireless KPI monitoring, automating FNPT validation processes, and working on ISP/ONNET automation using OFT platforms. You will plan and execute FTTH migration strategies, evaluate network function (NF) migration feasibility against FTTH infrastructure, support transitions from microwave to fiber networks, and perform sector optimizations to improve utilization. Furthermore, you will validate IWAN infrastructure and deployments, conduct network audits, identify low-utilization sectors and FTTH-enabled buildings, and contribute to capacity planning and demand forecasting in close coordination with cross-functional business teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional working experience in telecommunications, ISP, wireless, and FTTH network domains.
• Strong, proven understanding of Telecom Networks covering Wireless, FTTH, ISP, and IWAN architectures.
• Practical expertise in network KPI monitoring, performance optimization, and network planning.
• Proven hands‑on programming and scripting skills using Python, SQL, and automation frameworks.
• Strong expertise in dashboard creation, data visualization, and advanced data analysis.
