Job summary

The Millennium School is seeking a Regional Manager Academics & Support to oversee academic quality and operational support across preschools in the region. You will implement curricula, guide staff, ensure standards, and travel for reviews.

You will analyze performance data, drive improvements, coordinate training for teachers and support staff, and collaborate with central teams. The role requires on-site regional work and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Educational Management and Education with experience overseeing multiple centres
• Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programmes
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, school leaders and central teams
• Strong analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements
• Experience in preschool or K–5 academic coordination, training or school administration
• Proven experience in team handling and people management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining high academic and operational standards
• Ability to work independently in an on-site regional role
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region
