• Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, or related field.
• Experience in academic advising or counselling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of educational pathways, programs and requirements.
• Familiarity with academic policies and regulations.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to supporting student success and development.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
