Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA/PG preferred; 25+ years of experience in sales or counseling.
• Experience in aviation training institutes or educational organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings with prospective students.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and manage admissions smoothly.
• Coordinate with marketing to maximize lead conversion and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding candidates' career goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and meetings with prospective students.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide professional counseling.

Student Counselling

• Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, fees, placement assistance, and career prospects.
• Address student and parent queries with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide candidates throughout the admission process until enrollment.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Business Development

• Generate admissions through referrals, educational seminars, schools, colleges, and career fairs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase student enrollments.

Coordination

• Work closely with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
