Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end premium counselling & enrolment for UG/PG students for assigned university
• Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies & check eligibility criteria of the students as per university norms
• Guide students on Academic and extracurricular profile building College shortlisting and application strategy Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives
• Drive admissions output by ensuring quality follow ups & conversion
• Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong ownership
• Drive applications % from new leads
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and overall behaviour
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, finance, product) to improve counselling experience
• Coordinate with university Expert mentors to align scholarships & documents
• Stay updated on global admissions trends, policies, and university requirements

About the Role :

We are looking for an Program Advisor UG/PG Premium Counselling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a lead-facing, output oriented role requiring deep expertise in UG/PG admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-intent student conversation & university enrolments The charter for this role will include:

• Own end-to-end premium counselling & enrolment for UG/PG students for assigned university
• Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies & check eligibility criteria of the students as per university norms
• Guide students on: Academic and extracurricular profile building College shortlisting and application strategy Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives

• 25+ years of experience in UG/PG admissions counselling, preferably in premium/Ivy League-focused universities ( Freshers can also apply ) Strong understanding of global UG/PG admissions ecosystems
• Proven success in handling high-intent students and complex profiles Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with application portals across countries
• Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
• Project management skills to guide and track students journey from application to enrolment
• Exposure to process design, tools, or tech-enabled counselling platforms is a plus
