Job summary

FOOTPRINTS in Mumbai seeks a Centers Operations Lead to evaluate the performance of Center Directresses and teachers across COCO centers, design and adapt training modules with trainers, and ensure KPIs such as admissions and retention are met.

You will mentor and support Center Directresses in academic and operational leadership, recruit and train staff, and coordinate intercity travel to ensure consistent quality and brand standards across centres.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in running a preschool.
• Strong presentation, training, time management, and staff coordination skills.
• Proficient in English communication and MS Office; CRM experience.
• Experience managing multiple centers and addressing parent concerns.

Responsibilities
