Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an experienced AC Technician to install, service, and repair multi-brand HVAC systems, including VRF, chillers, and packaged units. The role emphasizes safety, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI or Diploma in RAC/HVAC, 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and relevant certifications such as NTC. You will work on-site in Telangana and provide basic customer guidance.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) / HVAC is required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Refrigeration & HVAC installation and servicing experience.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and repair of multi-brand HVAC systems including Split ACs, VRF, chillers, and packaged units.
• Troubleshooting faults such as cooling issues, gas leaks, compressor or electrical problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following technical protocols and safety standards.
• Provide basic customer support and guidance on system operation.

We are hiring an experienced and skilled AC Technician for our prominent client, The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of multi-brand cooling and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency, diagnosing complex faults, and performing preventive maintenance while strictly adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Servicing: Install, maintain, and repair multi-brand air conditioning and HVAC systems, including Split ACs, Ductable units, Vertical ACs, Packaged units, VRF systems, Chillers, and Cold Rooms.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix operational issues such as cooling failures, gas leaks, compressor problems, and electrical faults.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and scheduled preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following technical protocols and safety standards.
• Support: Provide basic customer support and technical guidance regarding system operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Refrigeration & HVAC installations and servicing.
• Education: ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) / HVAC.
• Certification: National Trade Certificate (NTC), Technical Board of Education certification, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of multi-brand systems, VRF, chillers, and gas-charging procedures.
