Looking for an AC technician who installs, maintains, and repairs residential, commercial, or industrial air conditioning systems

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Installation:Installing new air conditioning units, including split and window systems, according to blueprints.
• Maintenance:Performing routine inspections, cleaning condenser/evaporator coils, greasing bearings, and replacing filters.
• Repairs:Troubleshooting and repairing faulty electrical components, wiring, compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Refrigerant Management:Identifying, fixing leaks, and recharging systems with refrigerant.
• Safety & Compliance:Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and handling hazardous materials appropriately.

Required Experience and Skills

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in using HVAC hand/power tools (gauges, torches, drills) and interpreting blueprints.
• Knowledge:Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
