Job summary

Zero Mass in Navi Mumbai seeks an Aadhaar Seva Trainer to train and certify Aadhaar operators and supervisors on UIDAI guidelines, enrollment and update processes, system usage, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.

The role ensures that all trainees are operationally ready and compliant with UIDAI regulations, delivering classroom and field training programs and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Certification in UIDAI Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor (preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Aadhaar Enrollment/Update operations or training.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify Aadhaar operators and supervisors on UIDAI guidelines and enrollment/update processes.
• Train on system usage, compliance requirements and customer service standards.
• Ensure trainees are operationally ready and compliant with UIDAI regulations.
