Job summary

Role & responsibilities:

• Verify applicants identity and supporting documents as per UIDAI guidelines.
• Enter and update demographic details accurately in the Aadhaar enrolment/update system.
• Capture biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan, and photograph) using UIDAI-approved devices.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all Aadhaar enrolment and update records.
• Assist applicants with Aadhaar enrolment, corrections, and update requests.
• Operate computers, biometric devices, scanners, and printers efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of citizen data.
• Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide professional service.
• Maintain daily transaction records and submit reports to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
• 0-4 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or Aadhaar enrollment/update operations.
• Good typing speed .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with citizens professionally.
• Ability to handle confidential citizen information while maintaining data privacy and security.
