Job summary

BLS International in India is hiring for an Aadhaar enrollment/update operator. You will verify applicant identity, capture biometric data, update demographic records, and assist citizens with enrollment, corrections, and updates.

The role requires handling confidential data, using UIDAI devices, and adhering to SOPs and security guidelines. Immediate joiners preferred, with 0–4 years in data entry or customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
• 0-4 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or Aadhaar enrollment/update operations.
• Good typing speed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with citizens professionally.
• Ability to handle confidential citizen information while maintaining data privacy and security.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with Aadhaar enrolment, corrections, and update requests.
• Operate computers, biometric devices, scanners, and printers efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of citizen data.
• Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide professional service.
• Maintain daily transaction records and submit reports to the supervisor.
