• Collaborate with clients and cross-team members for system integration and testing.

• Understanding of Layer 1‑Layer 2 and Layer 2‑Layer 3 interfaces.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP.
• Experience debugging complex gNodeB issues and log file analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong coding skills in C/C++.
• Programming skills: C++ (target), Java and Python (testers), VsCode, Git, Gerrit.
• Build systems: Bazel.
• Cloud basics: understanding key cloud concepts, including containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Domain knowledge: CloudRAN implementations, virtualized Distributed Units (vDU), RAN technologies, and connectivity protocols.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, Gerrit, and project management tools like Jira.
• Experience with agile ways of working and cloud technologies such as microservices and containers.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic global environment.
