Job summary

EXL in India is seeking a data analyst to support data-driven decision-making in banking risk operations. You will analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using SQL and Python, with dashboards developed in Power BI or Tableau.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to drive operational efficiencies, ensure data integrity, and translate complex analytics into business-friendly recommendations, with 2–4 years of BFSI analytics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of hands-on data analytics experience, preferably in BFSI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of banking & financial sector preferred.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in a data or business analytics role, preferably within the BFSI domain.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL & Python Solid understanding of analytical techniques and problem-solving skills.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of Banking & financial Sector (Preferred).
