Job summary

TOCUMULUS is seeking an experienced AVP AI Enabled Business Analyst & Data Visualization Specialist to bridge business needs with data products. You will translate complex requirements into dashboards, AI-enabled insights, and data strategies across risk, finance, and regulatory teams.

You will lead BI design (Power BI, Tableau), collaborate with technology partners, and help scale data capabilities for enterprise-wide decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking & Financial Services as a BA/DA.
• Experience in credit risk analytics, BI reporting, or enterprise data products.
• 5+ years working with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

About the Role

The Enterprise Data Capabilities organization in Technology is focused on a transformative journey to support our data strategy and how we deliver critical business outcomes, as well as how we engage with partners across for Data, AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) services. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join as an Assistant Vice President AI Enabled Business Analyst & Data Visualization Specialist, reporting to the Head of Data Capabilities Portfolio Management. This role requires strong collaboration across business and technology teams, with the ability to translate complex requirements into data products, AI-enabled solutions, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 1. Business Analysis & Data Product Delivery
  Act as a liaison between Business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
  Analyze business requirements to produce data specifications & mappings
  Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  Support delivery of enterprise data products (Customer360 / CreditRisk360)
• 2. Business Intelligence & Visualization
  Design and deliver Power BI / Tableau dashboards
  Develop automated reporting for risk, finance, and regulatory stakeholders
• 3. AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
  Leverage AI tools for automated insights, summarization, and decision support
  Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and analytics solutions
  Conduct feasibility, impact, and value assessments for AI initiatives

Qualifications

Experience

• 812 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services sector as a BA/DA
• Experience in credit risk analytics, BI reporting, or enterprise data products
• 5+ years experience in agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

Business Acumen

• Strong understanding of core banking and capital markets products
• Knowledge of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, exposure, delinquency)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Basel, CECL, SCCL, IFRS) preferred

Data & AI Skills

• Strong SQL and data analysis expertise in Data Warehousing / Data Lakes
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
• Exposure to Starburst data virtualization platform is a plus
• Python, R, AI/ML models

Human Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Education

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, technology, or related field
