Job summary

EXL is seeking a results-driven data analyst to support data-driven decision-making within banking risk operations. You will analyze large data sets, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate findings into actionable insights to improve strategies and drive efficiencies.

You will develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, ensuring data integrity across key metrics. This role requires 4–6 years of analytics experience and strong SQL/Python skills in an BFSI context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data or business analytics, preferably BFSI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL & Python.

Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL & Python
• Solid understanding of analytical techniques and problem-solving skills.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of Banking & financial Sector (Preferred)
