Job summary

EXL is seeking a Business Analyst (A1, A2, Contractual) for Noida location. The role involves planning, documenting, and archiving business requirements for P&C Insurance product development, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams, and shaping interfaces for new client interactions.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of BA experience, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methods. Bachelor's or higher in IT/insurance fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS / BE / MCA / MBA / PGDM cert in Insurance or IT Business Analysis preferred
• Insurance knowledge (P&C) preferred
• IT Business Analysis experience required
• Experience with IT project documentation and scope definition

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing business processes
• Assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Work on system designs and business architecture
• Collaborate with development and system SMEs
• Support development and QA efforts as needed
• Lead development of new client interfaces while maintaining existing interfaces
