• Support activities for Production System Efficiency (PSE) such as Manufacturing Engineering Shop Floor Scheduling Harmonize, and Support ME Process (Work Instructions, Process Planning, ME Methods) and documentation.
• Harmonize & Optimize way of working with engineering and ME community; ensure Manufacturing competence and learning management; support change management.
• Hands‑on experience in Catia V5; 3D experience is a plus.
• Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly.
• Good knowledge of Airbus Business Process and Airbus Process & Methods.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) based on requirement.
• Identify improvement in TD authoring tool [WISE].
• Ready to work in any Aerospace technologies (Technical authoring & Tool Support).
• V&V Strategy capabilities, functional approach.
• Meet the needs of internal and external customers through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
• Collect the business requirement from different tools.
• Flexible enough to deliver quality output as per client requirement.
• Define and develop required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and product team members.
• Collaborate effectively with multi‑functional teams.
• Experience in final assembly line.
