Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain PLM architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration points.
• Oversee the implementation of PLM solutions, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct system evaluations and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to PLM, recommending enhancements to existing systems.
• Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring successful adoption of PLM tools and processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on PLM best practices, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain PLM architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration points.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace.

Familiarity with IoT and digital transformation initiatives related to PLM.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management systems.

Certifications in PLM tools or methodologies.

Qualifications

15-25 years of relevant experience in PLM architecture and implementation.
