We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Associate with hands-on technical expertise in 3D printing workflows to join our team. The candidate should possess proficiency in operating resin 3D printers, slicing software, computer usage, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth 3D production, printer maintenance, operational workflows, and the timely delivery of clear aligners.
Prepare, orient, generate supports, and slice dental 3D models using Chitubox to ensure high-accuracy prints and optimal resin consumption.
Set up and operate resin 3D printers, managing daily batch production schedules.
Wash, post-cure, clean, and inspect printed dental models for surface quality, dimensional precision, and clear aligner thermoforming readiness.
Perform routine printer calibration (bed leveling, exposure tests), FEP/PFA film replacements, vat cleaning, screen maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Ensure the smooth execution of operations by assisting in task prioritization, print scheduling, and resource allocation.
Assist in monitoring project timelines and identifying production bottlenecks to prevent delays in final product delivery.
Maintain open and effective communication channels with team members, design specialists, and external partners to facilitate daily operations.
1+ years of hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting resin 3D printers.
Strong working knowledge of Chitubox (or equivalent slicing software) and computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office / Google Workspace suite).
Proven track record in handling 3D printers, including resin handling, vat maintenance, and calibration.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated flexibility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple print jobs and deadlines effectively.
