Job summary

Spinta Technology in Ravet, Maharashtra is seeking a reliable SLA 3D Printing Technician with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day SLA 3D printing operations, including machine setup, slicing, materials handling, printing, post-processing, inspection, and daily production documentation.

Qualifications

• 15 years of hands-on experience in SLA 3D printing operations.
• Knowledge of SLA 3D printing process, materials, machine operation, and post-processing methods.
• Hands-on experience in post-processing and finishing activities such as support removal, cleaning, curing, buffing, sanding, and final part finishing.
• Ability to use slicing software and understand basic print preparation requirements.
• Basic understanding of engineering components and quality inspection methods.
• Experience in measuring parts using calipers, gauges, or similar inspection tools.
• Ability to maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good troubleshooting, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, discipline in safety practices, and willingness to perform hands-on shop-floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate SLA 3D printing machines, prepare print files using slicing software, set up jobs, and monitor print runs to ensure smooth production.
• Handle SLA printing materials, including resin loading, safe material usage, machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and proper storage as per process requirements.
• Carry out post-processing activities such as support removal, cleaning, curing, buffing, sanding, finishing, and careful handling of printed parts.
• Inspect finished parts, maintain daily production records, report defects or issues, and follow safety guidelines and shop-floor discipline.

About the Role

• Prior experience in manufacturing, prototyping, product development, dental/industrial SLA 3D printing, or similar production environments will be an advantage.
