At Rendered Ideas, we believe that the best games are born from passion, autonomy, and a refusal to compromise on creative vision. We are a tightly-knit, fiercely independent indie development studio dedicated to crafting immersive, high-quality gaming experiences.
Unlike traditional studios that are bogged down by client demands, shifting corporate milestones, or endless outsourcing loops, we operate on a model of complete creative ownership. Our team is small, highly collaborative, and fully autonomous. When you join us, you aren’t just a cog in a massive corporate machine—you are a foundational pillar of the project. We trust our artists, developers, and designers to drive the vision of our games from initial concept to global launch.
As a 3D Game Artist at Nexus Digital Studios, your primary mission is to breathe life into our virtual worlds. You will bridge the gap between imagination and technical reality, transforming concept art into vibrant, game-ready assets. Because we are a streamlined indie team, your day-to-day will be dynamic, engaging, and highly impactful.
Rendered Ideas is looking for a versatile, self-motivated artist who thrives in an ecosystem of freedom and responsibility. The ideal candidate pairs strong foundational artistic principles with the technical know-how required for modern game engines.
Rendered Ideas believe the traditional games industry is broken, often relying on crunch culture, bureaucratic red tape, and client-pleasing over player satisfaction. We offer an antidote to that corporate grind:
If you are eager to escape the corporate pipeline, take true ownership of your creative output, and share directly in the financial success of the games you build, we want to hear from you.
