Job Outline

The 3D Animator at Dreamfoot will be responsible for producing engaging and technically sound animations for corporate, industrial, safety, and product projects. This role demands strong proficiency in Blender, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality animations that align with client objectives.

By transforming ideas into compelling visuals and collaborating closely with the creative team, the 3D Animator will contribute to Dreamfoot’s reputation for innovation, reliability, and world-class production quality.

Role & Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Animation & Production

• Create realistic 3D animations using Blender for corporate, industrial, and safety projects.
• Animate characters, products, and environments through rigging, keyframing, and motion graphics.
• Work on lighting, rendering, and basic VFX as required.
• Ensure smooth animation workflows from concept to final render.

2. Creativity & Storytelling

• Translate project briefs into visually engaging and purposeful animations.
• Apply strong animation principles (timing, weight, anticipation, spacing, etc.) to create believable motion and storytelling.
• Maintain a balance between technical accuracy and creative execution.
• Continuously explore new ideas, techniques, and animation trends to enhance visual appeal.

3. Project Execution

• Manage assigned animation projects with a strong focus on timelines and quality.
• Participate in feedback and review sessions, implementing revisions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with modelers, editors, and creative directors to ensure a smooth production pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of full-time professional animation experience.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior work in product animation, safety animation, or technical animation preferred.
• Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our Vadodara office with a professional and positive attitude.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 1 year of in-office professional experience as a 3D Animator.
• Strong proficiency in Blender (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of rigging, lighting, and rendering workflows.
• Strong time management, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
