Job summary

An innovative animation studio in India seeks a skilled Blender Animator to create high-impact, cinematic short-form content. This fully remote role involves handling camera animation, lighting setups, and FX. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Blender, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to optimize scenes swiftly. We’re a Shark Tank India Season 4–featured Animation Studio , creating high-impact, cinematic short-form content that blends storytelling, humor, and visual brilliance.

If you love pushing creative boundaries in Blender and want your work to reach millions , this one’s for you.

We’re looking for a skilled Blender Animator with a strong eye for facial animation, lighting, FX, and rendering to work on stylized content inspired by Zack D Films & Fern Style .

This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring characters and stories to life.

• Handle camera animation , cinematic shots, and scene composition
• Design and implement lighting setups for mood, depth, and realism
• Work on FX, textures, and post-production polish
• Follow animation briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction
• Deliver high-quality output with minimal revisions

🔹 Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided

🔹 Training may be provided for selected candidates

• Strong hands-on experience with Blender
• Good command over character & facial animation
• Experience with FX, textures, and rendering workflows
• Ability to optimize scenes for quick turnaround
• Sharp creative eye and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency
• No fixed monthly salary during this phase
• Based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time
