About the Role

The 2D Visualiser / Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role oversees visual communication and graphic design elements for events and exhibitions, including conceptualizing brand stories, designing stage graphics, and creating engaging layout materials. The designer collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, align visual assets, and maintain high creative standards throughout the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include asset creation, brand layout adjustments, digital asset management, version control, and design supervision during project setups. The role also involves post-event evaluation, process improvement, and maintaining design documentation to enhance visual appeal and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Lead 2D design concepts, brand visual assets, and final layout execution.
• Vendor & Production Alignment: Coordinate with production partners and printers to ensure design accuracy and output quality.
• Project & Multi-Tasking Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and creative quality.
• Asset Oversight: Organise, track, and manage digital asset libraries and creative deliverables.
• Documentation & Planning: Prepare and maintain design briefs, artwork specifications, and layout checklists.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ideation & Strategy: Contribute actively to brainstorming, ideation, and event theme planning.
• Problem Solving: Solve creative and visual challenges both pre-event and on-ground.
• Materials & Mediums: Research and recommend cost-effective print mediums, finishes, and graphic solutions.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest design technology, aesthetic innovations, and industry trends.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of execution, finishing, and pixel-perfect attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of overall design experience, with at least 2 years specifically rooted in an Event or Exhibition agency (mandatory).
• Core Competencies: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (AI), and CorelDRAW (CDR), alongside strong layout, planning, and typography skills.
• Communication: Excellent visual communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong command of English and Hindi.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software suites, presentation tools, and professional email correspondence.
• Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of print mediums, exhibition fabrication graphics, and production workflows.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain a sharp eye for quality and finishing.
• Location: Based in Mumbai (Bandra West, Maharashtra).
