Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Junior Graphic Designer at Inextis Events in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing branding elements, and implementing typography in various projects.

• Generate creative ideas and themes for events, including tailor‑made event identities.
• Create and design event materials such as posters, logos, backdrops, banners, invitations, brochures, signage, and more.
• Prepare design layouts, mockups, and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with project and production teams to execute the project or assignment.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
• 5+ years of experience for an event communication agency or for an event management team in house.
• Photoshop, Corel, and Illustrator are essential; hand‑sketch skill will be an advantage.
• Strong art sense, excellent creative conceptualization.
• Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated.
• Stability under pressure – reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks.
• Must be task oriented and focused in approach to meet the timelines.
• Knowledge on current design trends.
