Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field; practical experience considered.

Role Description

As a 2D Designer at Shri Events, you will work on-site in Lucknow, collaborating closely with event planners, production teams, and clients to develop visual concepts and designs for a wide range of events. You will create 2D layouts, stage and backdrop designs, event branding elements, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include translating briefs into design concepts, preparing mock-ups and presentations, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring all artwork is optimized for print and digital production. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site and maintain consistency across all visual materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time creative work.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in industry-standard 2D design and graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar).
• Experience designing event collaterals such as stage backdrops, banners, signage, invitations, and digital creatives.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for both print and digital formats.
• Ability to interpret client briefs, create mood boards, and develop clear visual concepts tailored to event themes.
• Familiarity with print production requirements, file preparation, and coordination with printers and fabrication teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Prior experience in event management, advertising, or experiential marketing design is an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating 2D design work for events, branding, or marketing campaigns.
