Job summary

Hyperlink Brand Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Visualiser to craft visually stunning designs for events and activations.

You will proactively provide innovative design solutions, ensuring high-quality output and consistent design standards across 2D graphics, print, scenic designs, and environmental graphics. You will research client brands, adhere to brand guidelines, and coordinate with concept, CS, and production teams to deliver accurate, production-ready files.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• 3–4 years hands-on experience in Events/Activations, preferably in an agency or event production.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Knowledge of current AI design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research on clients and brands to deliver effective creative design and stay updated on brand knowledge.
• Uphold brand integrity by following guidelines, color usage, and messaging needs.
• Coordinate with concept/CS/production teams to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. The role requires you to proactively provide feasible & innovative design solutions for events & activations. Ensuring high-quality output and maintaining consistency in design standards. You are expected to have good understanding of 2D graphics, Print, scenic designs and environmental graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Client Related Goals
• Research on clients & brands to deliver an effective creative design, Staying updated on brand knowledge.
• Having the sensibilities to understand the brand, brand guidelines (logo usage, colours, pattern usage etc), the client's core message, target audience and other needs of the client
• Uphold integrity of the brand by following ethical design practices

2.Project Management & Internal Coordination

• Adhering to internal/client timelines
• Coordination with the concept team to ensure that the copy and design are in sync*
• Effective communication of the final art works to relevant internal departments-CS, production (for final execution).
• Working with the Production Department, oversee the print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy and image quality are met
• Working in tandem with other departments (Concept/CS/Production) to gain understanding of the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities

3.Design Ideation, Execution & Delivery

• Understand briefs from client service team and give inputs, suggestions to the team on briefs.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Create print files & art files that can be sent to printers for printing/ Create production files with specifications of all materials and ensure feasibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend site visits if required to get a fair idea of the event venue.
• Keen eye on design aesthetics - use a good sense of aesthetics & prioritize and manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of designs.

Required Qualification, Experience and skills:

• Graduation in any stream (a must).
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the Events/Activations industry (preferably in an agency or event production company)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design work.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency and knowledge about current AI design workflows.
• Good Communication skills, Efficiency in delivering designs as per timelines, Proficiency in MS Office.
