Job summary

Benchmark Experiences in Bengaluru seeks a skilled 3D Designer to craft immersive event visuals for spaces, stages, booths, and installations. You will develop detailed models, textures, and lighting to communicate design intent to internal teams and clients.

Work closely with event planners, creative leads, and production teams to refine concepts, ensure fabrication feasibility, and deliver consistent experiences across formats. A strong portfolio in event/exhibition design is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in 3D design and 3D modeling for environments, stages and installations.
• Proficiency in lighting for 3D scenes and mood/visibility in spaces.
• Experience in animation to create visualizations and walkthroughs.
• Capability in graphic design for signage and presentation assets.
• Hands-on expertise with 3D design software (3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to read event briefs, floor plans, and technical specs with production teams.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture or related field; event/design experience is a plus.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, or a related field; experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design is an advantage.
