Mace Group in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Civil Superintendent to drive delivery on a major high rise residential project. You will coordinate with the client, sub-consultants and main contractors to ensure quality, time and budget are met.

The role requires a recognized engineering degree and proven experience with large high rise schemes. You will manage contractors across all disciplines and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards on site, with a comprehensive salary package and

• Degree qualification is ESSENTIAL in order to get client approval (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc).
• Building Project experience is essential.

The Role

Civil Superintendent – Gurgaon (New Delhi), India

Degree Qualification is ESSENTIAL in order to get client approval (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc etc).

Large High Rise Residential experience is ESSENTIAL

Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors.

Responsible for driving delivery, quality, time ensuring quality of product.

Responsible for managing the contractor and sub-contractors across all functions and disciplines.

Experience / Qualifications

International experience is NOT essential.

Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.

Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.

Building Project experience is essential.
