Survey Manager - Gurgaon / Mumbai, India

Our client is one of the world's leading construction and civils contractors operating internationally. They undertake high profile projects worldwide and are expanding their international presence, leveraging their reputation and experience in quality flagship projects to make an impact globally. They are undertaking valuable high rise towers projects located in India across Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, which start in the near term. The role requires highly experienced and accomplished Survey Managers to manage survey teams on the projects from mobilisation through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey teams on megaprojects from mobilisation to final handover.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate setting-out, measurement, and quality control.
• Coordinate surveying activities across multiple high rise residential projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the industry.
• Substantial experience in the Middle East on megaprojects.
• Experience with blue chip main contractors.
• Experience on high rise projects.
• A stable background with a track record of delivering projects to completion.
