Job summary

RFunctional in Pune is seeking an engineer to configure and generate EPAN hardware projects, export part lists from EPLAN and generate Teamcenter/ERP part numbers. You will support sales order BOM creation from EPLAN to Teamcenter/ERP and manage Yellow pages for panel fabrication including ITR.

Responsibilities include updating hardware schematics, supporting IIOT tag lists, and aiding change control and URS deviation processes within the hardware design team.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPLAN to Teamcenter/ERP integration.
• Support generation of Sales Order BOM from EPLAN to Teamcenter/ERP.
• Hands-on with hardware design verification and ITR processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure or generate EPAN hardware project and BOM, incl. part list export from EPLAN and Teamcenter/ERP part numbers.
• Support AE team to generate Sales Order BOM from EPLAN to Teamcenter or ERP.
• Distribute EPLAN outputs on Yellow pages for panel fabrication and machine installation including ITR.
• Collect and save Yellow EPLAN pages after fabrication and release for hardware schematic V1.00+.
• Support Lead Design & Integration for IIOT tag list creation from EPLAN to release process.
• Assist hardware verification for URS deviation list and Change control.

RFunctional

Core:

1. Responsible for configuration or generation of EPAN Hardware project. incl. part list export from EPLAN incl. Teamcenter/ERP part number generation.

2. Supporting AE team to Generate Sales Order BOM from EPLAN to Teamcenter or ERP.

3. Handing out EPLAN on Yellow pages for panel fabrication and machine installation including ITR.

4. After panel fabrication and machine integration, collect and save Yellow EPLAN pages according to the ITR and then perform the update and release process for customer project hardware schematic V1.00 or higher.

5. Support Lead Design & Integration at the units for creating content for IIOT tag list from EPLAN in order to release process for IIOT Tag list

6. Supporting Hardware lead in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to deliver URS deviation list and Change control process.

7. Supporting Retrofit and spare part business for hardware and software (Machine life cycle control)-

• Service Support for After Market Service
• Deliver & Release EPLAN Updates

8. Support Lead Design & Integration at the units for Validation & QA Process
