Job summary

HR Search is seeking a Workforce Transformation leader to build and grow a specialist practice within a global organisation in Ireland. This role offers progression from Senior Manager or Associate Director to Director, with opportunities to develop a client portfolio, win work and shape the practice’s direction.

You will lead consulting engagements end-to-end, advise on workforce strategy, operating models and skills—and work with teams across HR, Talent and Analytics to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workforce Transformation or HR Transformation initiatives.
• Strong client relationship building and new business development.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a Workforce Transformation practice in Ireland.
• Develop senior client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead and win consulting engagements from concept through to delivery.
• Advise organisations on workforce strategy, operating models and future of work.
• Lead high-profile transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Develop propositions, thought leadership and market presence.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, Reward, Analytics, Change and Organisation Design teams.
