Job summary

HR Search is seeking a Workforce Transformation leader to build and grow a specialist practice within a global organisation in Ireland. This role offers progression from Senior Manager or Associate Director to Director, with opportunities to develop a client portfolio, win work and shape the practice’s direction.

You will lead consulting engagements end-to-end, advise on workforce strategy, operating models and skills—and work with teams across HR, Talent and Analytics to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

If you’re currently operating at Senior Manager / Associate Director level in Consulting or Advisory and feel ready for the next step, this could be an opportunity worth exploring. My client is looking for an ambitious Workforce Transformation leader to build and grow a specialist practice within a successful global organisation.

Who this will suit?

You may currently be a Senior Manager, Associate Director or experienced Consultant within Advisory or Consulting, with experience across areas such as: Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, Organisation Design, Workforce Strategy, Designing Operating Models and/or People Analytics.

You’ll need strong consulting credentials, excellent stakeholder management skills and, importantly, a commercial mindset. You should enjoy developing relationships, winning work and being close to clients.
