Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, programme management, workforce planning or a related field.
• Strong capacity planning, forecasting or resource management experience.
• Excellent quantitative data analysis skills, with ability to interpret data and forecasting models.
• Experience managing vendors, BPO partners or outsourced operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end and collaborate across stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in operations, programme management, workforce planning or a related field.
• Strong capacity planning, forecasting or resource management experience.
• Excellent quantitative data analysis skills, with confidence interpreting data and working with forecasting models.
• Experience managing vendors, BPO partners or outsourced operations.
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
