Job summary

B&Q Tallaght is seeking a Shift Lead for weekend coverage on a part-time basis. You’ll oversee the shift, deploy colleagues, and be the first point of contact for customers and team members, ensuring safety and smooth operations.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of €18.50, a pension scheme, and 6.8 weeks of holiday. Sunday premiums apply, with shifts from 6am to 10pm, reporting to the store management as a keyholder.

Qualifications

• Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues to cover shifts to meet demand and ensure customer service.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure stores are safe at all times and compliant with policies.
