Job summary

Tolka Valley Nursing Home, part of Ethos Care, is opening a brand-new home and recruiting a Weekend Receptionist to welcome residents, families and visitors each Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The role is part-time with set weekend hours, offering a friendly, professional environment and opportunities for training and development. Meals are provided on duty and there is free parking. You will also manage calls, emails and enquiries, and assist with weekend operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organised and able to manage concurrent tasks.
• Previous reception or administration experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents, families and visitors.
• Managing calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Keeping the reception area welcoming and organised.
• Handling post, deliveries and appointments.
• Maintaining visitor records and supporting access procedures.
