Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, washing dishes and cookware.
• Organize and store equipment, ingredients, and supplies as directed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables per health and safety regs.
• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces.
• Restock supplies and ensure items are readily available.
• Maintain awareness of food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work efficiently during peak service times to support operations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling procedures.
