Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients as directed by kitchen staff.
• Remove and dispose of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
• Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary items are readily available.
• Maintain awareness of food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work efficiently during peak service times to support the overall kitchen operation.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
