Job summary

Bluebird Care Ireland is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our community-based home care team in North Kilkenny. The role is 2 hours per fortnight on alternating Saturdays/Sundays (9am–11am), with support from a local clinical supervision team and reporting to the CNM.

As part of our nurse-led care team, you will deliver safe, person-centred nursing in clients' homes, collaborate closely with families, and benefit from ongoing training and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on live register with NMBI.
• Community-based nursing experience desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care and implement care plans.
• Prioritise the needs and comfort of the adult.
• Work closely with family members.
• Promote the client as an individual with kindness, compassion and respect.
• Be committed to the care and concern of the client.
• Work within the Scope of Practice NMBI (2015).

Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Support Nurse (Community based)

Hours: 2hrs per fortnight alternating Saturday/Sunday 9am - 11am.

Job Location: North Kilkenny

Role of Registered Nurse is to provide safe, quality person centred care to a client within their own home environment. The successful candidate will be part of Nurse led care team and will have support from local clinical supervision Team, reporting directly to CNM.
