Bluebird Care Ireland in Carlow is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join our nurse-led home support team for night shifts. This role involves delivering safe, person-centred care in clients' homes, with 8- to 12-hour shifts and options for full-time or part-time hours.

You will work closely with families and a clinical supervision team, maintain accurate notes, and provide high-quality care under the supervision of local nurses.

Qualifications

• Current registration on live register of NMBI.
• RCN/RGN trained.
• Pediatric nurse experience desirable.
• Previous experience in home care is an advantage, full training and support provided to all candidates.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified.
• Prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
• Promote abilities, independence and safeguard the client's interests.
• Work closely with family members and clinical supervision team.
• Communicate effectively with client, family, clinical team & MDT reporting on client's clinical needs as required.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes.

To provide safe, quality, person centred care to an child within their home environment. The successful candidate will be part of a Nurse led care team providing clinical care in a home environment.
