Job summary

BaxterStorey is looking for a Commis Chef to join our Shannon-area kitchen, near Shannon Airport, Co. Clare. You will assist with breakfast and light lunches, follow recipes, and help maintain food safety and presentation standards under the head/sous chefs.

This is a part-time role with 20 hours weekly, Friday and weekend shifts. Benefits include free meals on shift, 20 days holiday, and development opportunities within BaxterStorey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or strong passion for food.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices.
