Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin is seeking an experienced Wedding and Event Coordinator to lead planning and execution of weddings and events. You will liaise with the Operations Team, manage enquiries, and ensure high-quality customer care throughout the client journey.

This role requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to upsell where appropriate. You will engage with corporate clients and participate in wedding showcases while driving guest satisfaction across all

• Previous experience in event management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily/weekly with the Operations Team to plan and implement events.
• Handle inbound Wedding and Event enquiries professionally, recording and processing reservations.
• Assist with upselling to maximise venue revenue and occupancy in collaboration with Sales/Meetings & Events Team.
• Ensure all client requests are confirmed and communicated to relevant departments clearly and promptly.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and guests.
• Attend meetings and wedding showcases as required.
• Communicate and process all charges accurately and handle client feedback professionally.
• Propose initiatives and innovations for event improvements.
