Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Product Operations Planning Lead for a 12-month contract in Dublin, Ireland.

The role focuses on supporting Grifols Biopharma’s IBP-based product planning process, aligning portfolio changes with strategy, and ensuring timely execution across functions in a GMP/pharma environment. The position emphasizes collaboration across Industrial, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, with a strong emphasis on project management, process improvement, and international

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
5-10 years experience in operations roles within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or relevant industries.
Experience in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process is highly desirable.
Proven ability to drive process standardization across functions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in creating Biopharma’s Product Operations Planning department and support new processes/flows/tools.
Improve processes/flows/tools to ensure transparency and alignment across Industrial, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, R&D, and Project Management.
Support areas prompting product portfolio changes to align with strategy.
Manage product launches, changes and discontinuations through stage/gate processes and track timelines, costs, revenues and deliverables.
Prepare monthly product planning review meetings.
