Job summary

Allied Irish Bank in Ireland is seeking ambitious, customer-focused Financial Planning Specialists to support our affluent customer base across the Dublin region. You will work with clients to understand goals and priorities, providing tailored advice across pensions, investments, savings and protection while building lasting relationships.

You will lead and motivate branch teams, generate referral opportunities, and collaborate with a nationwide network of over 140 financial planning

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Demonstrable experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice to customers.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and savings solutions.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, generate opportunities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) qualification or willingness to complete this qualification.
• Experience managing a portfolio of affluent or high-value customers.
• Experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with affluent personal and business customers, delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to their individual needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings while ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of every recommendation.
• Lead and motivate branch colleagues, business centres and other key stakeholders to generate referral opportunities.
• Support the achievement of regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives, helping drive commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Operate to the highest standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
