Job summary

Actavo is seeking a dedicated professional to manage landowner and stakeholder relationships and coordinate wayleave processes for works involving installation of equipment. The role emphasizes strong communication with third parties and internal teams to ensure timely consents and issue resolution.

You will liaise with customers, engineers, contractors, and government bodies, maintaining high QA and meticulous documentation while travelling within the Leinster area as required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with third parties.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain quality assurance.
• Good planning, organisation and document management skills.
• IT literacy including Microsoft Outlook and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Actively maintain excellent relationships with landowners, homeowners, engineers, contractors, government bodies etc.
• Deal with any customer claim/doubt related to work, as above.
• Liaise with customers, and other team members about wayleave.
• Acquire Consents for all the works were equipment's need to be installed.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of statutory and legislative issues relating to Wayleave/Access Management.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication particularly in relation to dealing with third parties.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
• Strong adherence to quality assurance and good document management skills.
• IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, and workforce management systems
• Full Driving Licence required, travel might be involved greater Leinster area
