Entegro Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a Property Liaison Representative to join the Wayleave Department on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will negotiate access agreements with property owners, manage approvals, and coordinate site access for fibre to the home upgrades.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong English communication, and the ability to work to deadlines in an office-based environment. Full training will be provided, and driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Proven sales background with strong communication and cold calling experience.
• Track record of meeting deadlines in an office-based role.
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
• Telecom industry experience is advantageous; full training provided.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners, management companies and regulatory bodies to secure permissions for fibre upgrade rollouts.
• Provide comprehensive, high-quality information regarding activities by construction teams to customers.
• Process approvals and access agreements in internal and client tracking systems.
• Coordinate site access for crews and ensure adherence to build schedules.
• Contribute to Wayleave business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Escalate access/planning issues related to wayleaves when necessary.
• Manage customer-related issues and meet program delivery deadlines.

We are seeking a Property Liaison Representative to join our Wayleave Department to enable the installation of our client's network infrastructure for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This role entails negotiating access agreements, processing approvals, and fostering long term relationships with Property Owners, Management Companies, and Regulatory Bodies across multiple projects & departments
