Job summary

Actavo is seeking a dedicated professional to manage landowner and stakeholder relationships and coordinate wayleave processes for works involving installation of equipment. The role emphasizes strong communication with third parties and internal teams to ensure timely consents and issue resolution.

You will liaise with customers, engineers, contractors, and government bodies, maintaining high QA and meticulous documentation while travelling within the Leinster area as required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with third parties.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain quality assurance.
• Good planning, organisation and document management skills.
• IT literacy including Microsoft Outlook and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively maintain excellent relationships with landowners, homeowners, engineers, contractors, government bodies, etc.
• Address customer claims or doubts related to work and provide timely resolutions.
• Liaise with customers and team members about wayleave processes.
• Acquire consents for all works where equipment needs to be installed.
